Ibintu 10 wakora byagufasha kureka itabi

Umuryango mpuzamahanga wo kurwanya ububi bw’itabi, utanga inama z’ibintu 10 umuntu ushaka kureka itabi yakora.

Umuryango mpuzamahanga wo kurwanya ububi bw’itabi, utanga inama z’ibintu 10 umuntu ushaka kureka itabi yakora.

1. Gufata icyemezo cyo kurireka: Umuntu ushaka kureka itabi, aba agomba kwifatira icyemezo kandi agatekereza ku mafaranga akoresha arigura, agatekereza ku ngaruka zaryo ku buzima bwe, akanatekereza no ku batarinywa yuka imyotsi yaryo.

2. Kwiha itariki ntarengwa: Umuntu ushaka kureka itabi, yiha itariki runaka, agomba kuba yarihagaritse burundu, kandi akagereranya ubuzima bwa nyuma yo guhagarika itabi na mbere akirinywa.

3. Kubimenyesha abo babana: Uwafashe icyemezo cyo kureka itabi, aba agomba kubimenyesha abo babana mu rugo, abaturanyi n’inshuti, kugira ngo nibabona hari icyahindutse cyangwa hari ikidasanzwe mu myitwarire bamenye impamvu.

4. Kudasubira inyuma: Uwafashe icyemezo agomba kwivanamo ko agomba kunywa rike ku ryo yari asazwe anywa, ahubwo akarireka burundu nk’uko yabyiyemeje.

5. Kwirinda ibishuko: Ibintu byose bishobora kugukumbuza itabi, nko kubona amapaki ryashizemo anyanyagiye ahantu, kwirinda kureba mu gakoresho kagenewe umwotsi w’itabi, kwirinda kureba ibibiriti bicana itabi (briquets) n’ibindi byose bishobora kurigukumbuza.

6. Gutegura umutima: Gukomera ku cyemezo wafashe, ukirinda kwisubiraho.

7. Kwima amatwi ibikuvugwaho: Kwima amatwi abavuga ko uretse itabi abura ibitotsi, ko agubwa nabi mu buryo butandukanye, ibyo byose ukabyima amatwi. Ahubwo ukumva ko ari ibisanzwe.

8. Kwita ku mirire: Umunaniro wo mu mutwe ukunda kugirwa n’abanywa itabi (fatigue nerveuse ), iyo umuntu ariretse urashira, maze akagira ubushake bwo kurya bikagabanya ubushake bwo kunywa itabi kugeza ubwo kurishaka bishira burundu.

9. Gufata ingamba ku kubyibuha: Nyuma yo kureka itabi, hashobora kubaho umubyibuho, kuko umuntu agira ubushake bwo kurya, bikaba bisaba kwigenzura mu mirire.

10. Kugabanya guhorana n’inshuti mwarisangiraga: Abantu mwasangiraga itabi, ukirinda guhorana na bo, kugeza ubwo uriretse burundu.

Itabi ryica umuntu umwe ku Isi mu masegonda ane, abantu bagera kuri miliyoni eshanu bakaba bapfa buri mwaka bazize itabi, hatagize igikorwa ngo abantu bareke kurinywa, abagera kuri miliyoni 10 ni bo bazaba bahitanwa n’ingaruka z’itabi mu mwaka wa 2020.

Ikibazo mu Rwanda gihagaze gite?

Ibyo kandi ukabona ntacyo bibwiye abacuruzi cyane cyane abafite utubari.
